I’m not sure how you arrived at “nearly 32,000” for average attendance at Nats games this season. Using the published attendance recorded in the box scores for the nine home games so far, the average is 26,175. And, based on my eyeballs sitting in the stands, the “announced” attendance seems inflated to me by anywhere from 5,000 to 8,000 per game.
