However, our executive committee does meet September 30. The executive committee can do anything the full ANC can do, at least when there’s a need for quick action. But our executive-committee meetings aren’t as well-attended as our full ANC meetings. So if we want the public to weigh in, we might be well advised to wait until our full ANC meeting on October 15.
